RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Aurasome India, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a return under this policy, we are here to help.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return if:

• You received the wrong product
• The product is materially different from its description
• The product otherwise qualifies for a return under applicable law or this policy
Returned products should generally be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Certain products may have additional return requirements for hygiene, safety, or other legitimate reasons.
2. RETURN TIMEFRAME
Return requests must be submitted within 5-7 business days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Clear photographs or videos of the product where relevant
• Any other information reasonably required to assess the request
We will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at aurasomeindia@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide photographs or videos showing the issue and the order details.
After reviewing the issue, we may offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair where applicable, or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
4. REFUNDS
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days after approval.
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or required.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
5. EXCHANGES
Where available, we may offer an exchange for an eligible product.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability and the applicable return conditions.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate resolution, such as a refund.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including:

7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Where a product is not as advertised, does not match agreed specifications, or is otherwise covered by mandatory consumer protections, applicable legal remedies will continue to apply.
